Personal Training Online Courses of Distance Education Degree Programs



Hey guys! So I am a female senior in high school about to go off to college. I have crazy ambition, but I have had a lot of trouble with body image and eating. When I was a child growing up, my mother had three jobs and we ate fast food almost everyday, and I reaped the consequences. When I turned 13 and 200 lbs, I started getting into healthy eating and fitness, and in the course of two years (and with a two inch growth in height), I lost 50 lbs. At that point, I got a little excited and wanted to lose more quicker, so for half a year I restricted my diet so that I was only eating fruits, vegetables, and beans (and never exceeded 1000 calories), and lost about 35 more lbs. After living with my aunt for a while, I went back to normal eating and began overeating, and sometimes binging, and I noticed that I was gaining some weight and got so frustrated and scared, so I did a bit of online research and tried to make myself hurl up what I have eaten. I have been doing it on and off for almost a year now, and am noticing troubles, but I feel like I can still turn it around!

The main thing I want to do is to stop the overeating/binging, because without them I would have no reason to purge.

I need to stop this because I really want to be healthy, and I can’t be healthy with bulimia!

My diet is typically made up of healthy food, except when I have a bad binge, and I work out 5-6 days a week (high intensity interval training — I love working out, and would be so much better at it if I could get rid of this problem!)
