Colleges Online Courses of Distance Education Degree Programs

I know this is the wedding forum but I’m looking for some bridal input. I also asked the question below in small business but maybe I can get a response for that here too. Anyways….
-Is the idea of an open kitchen appealing to you’ (w/the option to bring in food yourself or option for catering) We’re in Louisiana & alot of ppl like to do the cooking themselves.
-What is the most important factor in booking your reception venue’
-Everything else I pretty know how I’d like it ran but would love some different things your hall has done to stand out from the others, or have gone out of the way for.

Here’s my 2nd question:
This has been a dream of mine for the passed 15 yrs.
I’ve decided I’m going to need a few yrs (of mainly saving!) & prep. I want to ensure I have every aspect covered so there are no/little surprises when it’s open.
My question is: In that time, I’m looking into online wedding courses & interior design courses. Of course, finance is included in the courses. My question is: is certification in anything really required’ The online thing is just for my knowledge mainly.

Lastly, I’m thinking I should lease a bldg & establishing a name before taking out a huge loan to build. I would buy the tables & all other supplies. If I did want to take a loan out, what is required’
This area we live in has lots of churches and no reception halls. There’s no place for banquets or any social events.
