Colleges Online Courses of Distance Education Degree Programs

So i been focusing in college courses and volunteer but one well give me the day or time. I mean I started getting more interviews recently first one was front desk position when i went oto pick up my glasses i got interviewed on the spot yet she didn’t hire me she said i really really rooting for you but she didn’t like idea that i wanted too go back too school even doubt i said it would be online or at night not interfering with her hours. i meet all her needs but the school thing killed it. Other I just got interviewed at home depot I applied online got email three days later took a screening /interview on phone with a associate then i got a interview i attended. I got there half a hr early others got there late and yet they got called first and they got a paper to take a drug test and i got nothing at end of mine interview. I have like 40 ECE- child development units I’m bilingual, I’m friendly and always have a smile on my face. I have so many volunteer hours in child development yet I cant land a job anywhere I applied about everywhere they all say this you don’t have experience or you are over qualified at child development jobs. I have no clue what to do I applied everywhere walmart, target, grocery stores they all want experience how do i get a job without experience. I do online cosmetics sales and have taken care of a elderly women. what I really want I cant get I’m just soo frustrated. I have no clue where else too apply. I just need help here any suggestions. I took a year off school and all forcefully since I got injured really bad now i cant go back oto school unless i work. Any suggestions.
